Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Church Hub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Church Hub provides a web-based interface that connects to your MinistryPlatform instance, enabling modern access to your church management data. We provide hosting, maintenance, and updates for your Church Hub deployment.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MinistryPlatform credentials and Church Hub account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Data Ownership
Your church data remains your property. Church Hub does not claim ownership of any data stored in your MinistryPlatform instance or accessed through our platform. You retain all rights to your data.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for all Church Hub deployments. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to perform maintenance from time to time. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance.
Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will assist with data export and transition as needed.
